Who we are

"WPIntegrate", "we", "us" — Diverse Website Strategies LLC, a US-based company operating the wpintegrate.com brand and the dash.wpintegrate.com product platform.

What we collect

When you sign up for an account on dash.wpintegrate.com we collect:

• Your email address and name (signup)
• Billing information (handled by Polar; we never see card numbers)
• Microsoft 365 tenant identifiers (when you connect your tenant)
• Component configuration (the settings you create in the dashboard)
• Aggregate usage metrics (view counts, widget counts) for billing

End-user data flowing through your embedded components (booking submissions, form responses):

• Retained for 7 days in our infrastructure for delivery + retry
• Then permanently purged from our systems
• Permanent storage is your responsibility — configure email and webhook destinations

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone, ever
• We don't run third-party trackers on dash.wpintegrate.com other than the analytics tools needed to operate the product
• We don't access your Microsoft 365 data outside of API calls explicitly triggered by your components

Cookies

On dash.wpintegrate.com: session cookies for authentication. No advertising cookies.

On wpintegrate.com (this site): no cookies are set on first load. We use Cloudflare for DNS + edge caching which may set a __cf_bm cookie for bot management.

Your rights

GDPR / CCPA: you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@wpintegrate.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when policy changes occur. Material changes will be notified via dashboard banner and email to account owners.
