1. Acceptance

By creating an account at dash.wpintegrate.com or using any WPIntegrate product or service you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

WPIntegrate provides embeddable Microsoft 365 web components (Bookings, Calendar, Documents, Forms, etc.) as a SaaS product, along with related services.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use our service to harm others or violate laws.
• Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our components without a partner agreement.
• Don't abuse our APIs (rate limits apply; the dashboard surfaces your usage).

4. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions bill monthly or yearly via Polar.sh. Cancellation is anytime via the Polar customer portal — you keep access until period end. Refunds are not standard practice but we will consider them for genuine billing errors within 30 days.

5. Data ownership

Your account data and component configurations belong to you. Microsoft 365 data we process through your tenant remains yours; we don't claim any rights to it.

6. Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime but don't offer a contractual SLA at standard tiers. Enterprise customers may negotiate explicit SLAs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPIntegrate's liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with 30 days' notice, except for cases of abuse or non-payment which can be immediate.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email + dashboard banner.
